I am a devoted mother, wife, and full-time Disability Coordinator for Early Head Start/Head Start programs, where I partner with Regional Centers and School Districts to ensure young children receive the developmental and educational support they need. With over a decade of experience attending hundreds of IEP meetings, I understand how overwhelming the process can be for families. I offer IEP resources, information sessions and one-on-one reviews of individual education plans to help parents better understand their rights and learn how to effectively advocate for their child's unique needs. My background includes training and mentoring educators to build inclusive, strengths-based classrooms that honor each student’s individuality. As a hearing aid user myself, I bring both professional expertise and personal passion to my advocacy work, empowering individuals with disabilities and their families to navigate systems with confidence and clarity.
